More specifically, the special issues generated from THE INC 2018 in Event Management and Hospitality and Society journals have included an overall number of 24 articles (16 in EM and 8 in H&S). The special issues generated from THE INC 2020 in Event Management and Tourism Planning and Development journals have included an overall number of 16 articles (9 in EM and 7 in TPD). The finalisation of article numbers from THE INC 2022 (Special Issues: Event Management; Tourism Planning and Development) is expected to be held in mid-2023. Those research outputs consistently highlight THE INC as the conference with a most significant research output in the field of tourism, hospitality and events.
